Clear strategy from someone who knows how business actually works.

I help small business owners identify what’s really limiting growth and turn that clarity into practical action inside the business.

Clarity is only useful if it changes what happens next.

A lot of business strategy sounds good in conversation but never makes it into the business.

That is not how I work.

Through LITA coaching, the goal is not to create impressive ideas that sit in a notebook, a Google Doc, or a forgotten planning session. The goal is to identify what is actually creating friction, decide what needs attention first, and turn that into action you can use.

Because clarity that does not get implemented is just another expensive distraction.

    Anita Larsen - LITA Coaching

    Meet Anita

I’m Anita Larsen, founder of LITA coaching.

I bring more than 25 years of experience in marketing, business strategy, operations, and consulting to the work I do with small business owners.

Before moving fully into coaching, I built my career helping businesses make smarter decisions about growth, messaging, execution, and profitability. I’ve worked inside operations with multi-million dollar budgets, managed complex priorities, and seen firsthand how quickly a business can lose momentum when strategy, money, people, and execution are not aligned.

I also ran my own consultancy, so I understand the pressure of building something from the inside — the decisions, the uncertainty, the constant pull between serving clients, growing revenue, protecting profit, and figuring out what to fix next.

    That combination matters.

I do not look at your business through one narrow lens. I look at the full picture: goals, positioning, offers, financials, operations, and the people involved. Then we find the real constraint and decide what needs to happen next.

I care about helping business owners stop wasting effort on the wrong fixes.

I’ve seen too many smart business owners work incredibly hard and still feel stuck.

They try a new marketing tactic. Change the offer. Hire help. Cut expenses. Add systems. Join another program. Rewrite the plan.

    Sometimes those moves help.

But often, they are solving the wrong problem.

That is why I built my work around the Business Clarity System. It gives business owners a practical way to step back, diagnose what is actually happening, and focus on the area that will make the biggest difference first.

I believe business owners deserve more than generic advice. They need clear thinking, honest perspective, and practical support that helps them make better decisions and actually move the business forward.

    Practical. Direct. Built for implementation.

My work is not about theory for the sake of theory.

We look at what is happening in the business, name the real issue, and decide what needs to change. Then we turn that clarity into action.

That might mean simplifying an offer, tightening positioning, finding profit leaks, removing operational friction, clarifying priorities, or improving alignment with your team, vendors, or clients.

The point is always the same:

clearer decisions, stronger execution, and action that actually makes it into the business.

    Strategic

We connect decisions to the bigger picture so you are not fixing symptoms.

    Practical

You leave with next steps you can actually use.

    Actionable

We focus on work that can be implemented, not strategy that sits on a shelf.

    Who I work best with

I work with small business owners who are capable, committed, and ready to make better decisions.

They are usually in one of two places:

    Growing fast, feeling the friction

The business is moving, but growth has created more complexity, pressure, and decision fatigue.

    Stuck at the ceiling

The business is working in some ways, but growth has slowed and the next move is not obvious.

In both cases, the problem is not usually effort. It is clarity.
